I was a bit skeptical when I purchased this product, but it is really terrific. I apologize that the video isn't better but I recorded it solo. It is easy to use: just press down on each side a few times, open the lid, expand the handles and pull. The cubes are solid and last a long time. I take this to work so I can refill the ice in my water bottle. The design prevents smells and the ice freezes no matter how it is placed in the freezer. It it's the best thing I've bought off of Amazon so far this year.
