Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. Delivery time and price vary depending on the destination of your order. Usually, a delivery takes 3-9 business days. You can track your delivery with the track and trace link which will be sent to your mail after you have purchased a product. We cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, therefore we cannot provide a guaranteed delivery time.

We insure all shipments against loss and damage while they are in transit from ICEBREAKER Nordic ApS, but as soon as the shipment has been signed for at the agreed delivery address, the insurance will lapse, and you will be responsible for looking after the products. If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you make a note that you have received a damaged package when signing for the shipment.

Seller shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss caused by any delay or failure in delivery due to buyer’s performance or for any occurrence or contingency beyond sellers reasonable control, including buyers own action, neglect or any other circumstance beyond sellers control including but not limited to acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labour disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature.
