Welcome to the New Way Of Making and Serving Ice Cubes. Even though our products are simplistic in design and purpose, we are presenting new and innovative products to the market, that the user has never experienced before. Though we take care in making a good Quick Guide as part of the product packaging, and link to detailed online Introduction videos, by some reason, you may not experience the functionality you were expecting.
Do not worry – we are here to help you.
We believe in clever inventions, great engineering, extensive quality testing and not least, best in class quality production. Nevertheless, product dimensions and characteristics will deviate by statistic laws, making it inevitable to discover that some products do not operate exactly as intended, and the customer may experience an unintended behavior or even breakage.
Still, do not worry. We strive to be just as best-in-class to listen to your experience and help you out!
This is what you do:

If this does not answer your problem (please test your product as explained), then -
Step 2) send email on support@icebreakernordic.com, including:
1 - Description of the problem
2 - If some parts are believed to be broken, attach picture of the broken part
3 - Order number, name, address, email, phone number (must be written in the email, screen capture not accepted).
We will get back to you within a few days!
RETURNS
If, you regret your purchase at icebreakernordic.com, you have FREE RETURN of your products within 14 days from the delivery date. When using your right to return products, you must contact our customer support and notify them at support@icebreakernordic.com. Furthermore, you must fill out the return product form provided by our customer support. You cannot regret your purchase by refusing delivery of the order without giving notice to our customer support. No later than 14 days after notifying our customer support of your wish to return your purchase, your order must be returned to us.
If you use your right to return products, the shipping and return costs will be free of charge. Customer will provide you with a shipping label for the return once justified ok. You will be liable for any deterioration in the product’s value that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the products’ nature, characteristics, and method of functioning. If, you have filled or frozen the ICEBREAKER, your right to return becomes void. Since the product’s packaging is important for possible resale of the product, any damage to or failure to return the packaging will be deemed to be a deterioration in its value. You assume the risk of ensuring that the product is packaged responsibly when it is returned. Goods returned with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
We will refund your return order to the credit card used to pay your order unless anything else has been agreed. We will refund your return order no later than 10 days after receiving it.
CLAIMS
According to The Danish Sale of Goods Act, ICEBREAKER Nordic offers a two-year warranty from the date of delivery if the goods purchased hereunder do not conform in all material respects to our specifications for such goods and are free from material defects in workmanship, material, and design under normal use. The warranty does not cover any direct or indirect loss caused by delay or damage resulting from your misuse, negligent handling, lack of reasonable maintenance and care, accident or abuse or any other defect beyond our control. If you want to submit a claim, please contact our customer support, and describe your claim as detailed as possible along with your order number.
If our support accepts your claim, you will receive an RMA-number which must be enclosed when you return the product. If you send your claim to us before receiving a RMA-number, you are responsible for paying the return costs. If your claim is accepted, we can resolve the claim by replacing or repairing the damaged product, or by giving a partial or full refund of your purchase depending on your claim.
